Whole-Person · 7 Domains

iPERSON Assessment

The full whole-person assessment, including the Spiritual domain

A comprehensive look at seven dimensions of your personhood — from how you live independently to how you grow spiritually. Includes a full written report and observer (amicus) option.

Independence Physical Emotional Relational Occupational Noetic Spiritual

The iPERSON Assessment was built on the conviction that every person is worthy of thoughtful, dignifying self-understanding. The seven domains give you language for areas of life that often go unnamed.

  • Self-report — take it yourself in about 20–30 minutes
  • Amicus (observer) — invite someone who knows you well to complete a parallel version
  • Detailed written report included with every code
Secular · 6 Domains

iPERSON Pro

The whole-person assessment for secular and professional contexts

All the depth of iPERSON without the Spiritual domain — ideal for workplaces, counseling contexts, or anyone who prefers a secular framework. Same rigorous, dignity-first approach.

Independence Physical Emotional Relational Occupational Noetic

iPERSON Pro carries the same warm, non-judgmental philosophy as the original — adapted for contexts where spiritual language isn't appropriate or welcome. Ideal for HR, coaching, therapy, and team development.

  • Self-report — 20–30 minutes
  • Amicus option available
  • Full written report included
Secular · Quick

iPERSON Pro Mini

The secular whole-person assessment in a shorter format

All six domains of iPERSON Pro — Independence, Physical, Emotional, Relational, Occupational, and Noetic — with fewer questions per domain. Meaningful insight without the full time commitment.

Independence Physical Emotional Relational Occupational Noetic

The Pro Mini brings the secular, workplace-friendly framework of iPERSON Pro into a quicker format — ideal for coaching intakes, team settings, or anyone who wants a meaningful snapshot without a full assessment session.

  • Self-report — 10–15 minutes
  • 6 domains — no Spiritual domain
  • Full written report included
Quick · Introductory

iPERSON Mini

A shorter introduction to the iPERSON framework

Want a taste of the iPERSON approach without the full commitment? The Mini gives you meaningful insight across the core domains in a fraction of the time.

All 7 Domains Abbreviated

The Mini is perfect for groups, introductory coaching sessions, or anyone who wants a quick read on where they stand. Results are summarized at the domain level rather than with a full narrative report.

  • Shorter format — about 10 minutes
  • Domain-level summary provided
  • Great stepping stone to the full iPERSON Assessment
Relational · Listening

HearMe Listening Assessment

Discover how well you truly listen to the people around you

Listening is one of the most powerful gifts we can give — and one of the hardest to do well. HearMe helps you see your listening strengths and the places where you can grow.

HearMe is a reflective self-assessment focused entirely on the quality and depth of your listening. It explores how you show up in conversations — what you attend to, what you miss, and what gets in the way.

  • Self-report — 15–20 minutes
  • Observer version available (HearMe Amicus)
  • Focused, actionable written feedback included
Relational · Roles

Friend or Pro Assessment

Understand the role you naturally play in people's lives

Do the people in your life experience you primarily as a friend or as a professional? This assessment helps you see how you show up relationally — and whether that matches your intentions.

The Friend or Pro Assessment is designed for people in caring roles — coaches, counselors, pastors, teachers, mentors — who want to understand their relational style and how others experience them.

  • Self-report and Observer version both available
  • Designed for those in helping or leadership roles
  • Results reveal your natural relational positioning
🤝  Amicus & Observer Assessments

Been invited to complete an assessment for someone else? Amicus assessments let you offer an outside perspective — answering each question based on what you observe about them, not yourself. Your honest view is a meaningful gift.

Observer · 7 Domains

iPERSON Amicus

Complete the iPERSON on behalf of someone who invited you

You've been invited to share your observations about someone's whole-person health. Answer each question based on what you've genuinely noticed about them across all seven domains — from how they operate independently to how they engage spiritually. Your perspective becomes part of their report.

Independence Physical Emotional Relational Occupational Noetic Spiritual

The iPERSON Amicus is a parallel version of the full iPERSON Assessment — rewritten to ask about the person you're observing, not yourself. Every question has been adapted to reflect an outside perspective.

  • Enter the Amicus code (ends in AMI) provided by the person who invited you
  • Answer honestly based on what you observe — not what you'd hope for them
  • Takes approximately 15–20 minutes
  • Report is sent directly to the person you're assessing
Observer · 6 Domains · Secular

iPERSON Pro Amicus

The observer version of iPERSON Pro — secular and workplace-ready

Been asked to complete the iPERSON Pro for someone in a professional or secular context? This version covers six domains — Independence, Physical, Emotional, Relational, Occupational, and Noetic — and is designed for environments where spiritual language isn't appropriate.

Independence Physical Emotional Relational Occupational Noetic

The iPERSON Pro Amicus carries the same dignity-first approach as the full Amicus — adapted for secular and professional contexts by removing the Spiritual domain. Ideal for workplace coaching or team development settings.

  • Requires an Amicus code (ends in AMI) from the person who invited you
  • Takes approximately 15 minutes
  • No spiritual domain — suitable for any professional context
  • Your observations are sent directly in their compiled report
Observer · Listening

HearMe Amicus

Share your honest experience of how someone listens

How does someone show up when you're talking to them? The HearMe Amicus lets you describe what you experience in conversation — whether they're truly present, whether they ask good questions, and what it feels like to be heard (or not heard) by them. Honest listening feedback is a rare and valuable gift.

The HearMe Amicus is a parallel version of the HearMe Listening Assessment, fully rewritten for an outside observer. You'll assess the same 7 domains of listening — but from the perspective of someone who experiences their listening firsthand.

  • Enter the Amicus code provided by the person who invited you
  • Answer based on real conversations you've had with them
  • Takes approximately 10–12 minutes
  • Your observations become part of their HearMe Observer Report
Observer · Relational Roles

Friend or Pro Observer

Describe a specific relationship from the outside

You've been asked to offer an outside perspective on how someone navigates a particular relationship. This isn't about judging — it's about helping them see what they can't always see from the inside. Your observations across seven relational domains reveal patterns they may not have words for yet.

The Friend or Pro Observer assessment explores the same seven relational dimensions as the self-report — but from your vantage point as someone who has watched this relationship from the outside. You'll describe what you observe, not what you imagine they feel.

  • You'll need the Observer code (ends in AMI) from the person who invited you
  • Answer based on what you've actually observed — not what you'd hope for them
  • Takes approximately 10–15 minutes
  • Your report is sent directly to the person you're assessing
